The Wandering Rose is equipped with 6 taps, ready to serve a delightful variety of beverages, including prosecco, draft beer, wine, cocktails, mocktails, juices, and sodas! Whether you're in the mood for something spirited or a refreshing non-alcoholic option, we're here to make it happen.  

While we can't supply the alcohol ourselves due to state laws, don’t worry! We’ll be your trusty guides every step of the way and connect you with our favorite vendors to help you snag some fantastic discounts. Let’s make your event a toast-worthy celebration!

You are welcome to use your own bartenders! However, we do require that at least one staff member from our team be present at all events to oversee The Rose. They'll assist with setup and breakdown, and keep an eye on the kegs, ensuring they’re monitored, replaced, and refilled as needed.

Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered! We’ll add a 20% gratuity to your invoice—one less thing on your event to-do list!

You can truly make The Rose uniquely yours! In addition to designing a custom menu, it arrives as a blank canvas for your decorating ideas. Feel free to get creative! If you want to add a personal touch, you can customize The Rose with your branding or request custom freestanding signage. Plus, don't overlook the lighting—choose from a vibrant selection of colors to create the ideal atmosphere for your event.

Once we confirm that The Wandering Rose is available for your selected date and you’re ready to take the leap, a 50% deposit along with a signed contract is needed to officially reserve your spot. 

The remaining balance is due 30 days before your event.

We know things happen. If you need to cancel your booking, here’s what that looks like:

60 + days in advance // full refund

31 - 59 days in advance // 50% refund

1 - 30 days in advance // no refund 

Let's talk about the weather! 

Just a friendly reminder that we can’t control the weather, no matter how much we’d like to! We all know how quirky Texas weather can be, so we suggest planning ahead. Having a backup tent or indoor option ready can save the day if Mother Nature decides to be mean! All this to say, we can’t offer refunds due to weather-related issues. 

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience with The Wandering Rose, here are a few key considerations to keep in mind:

  1. Indoor Access: If set up is indoors, we need a door that is at least 5.5' wide and 8' tall to pass through comfortably.
  2. Outdoor Pathway: For outdoor setups, please make sure the path to the final location is clear of large rocks, bumps, or dips. It’s important that we can safely maneuver to the event site. And don't for get about low hanging tree branches. We need 8" to pass safely and without damaging The Rose. 
  3. Flat Location: The final setup location should be flat to ensure stability and safety.
  4. Gathering Space: There should be enough room for guests to gather around and enjoy the experience.
  5. Power Access: We’ll need access to a 120v outlet within 200 feet. If power isn’t available, we can bring a quiet generator for an additional fee.
  6. Unloading Space: We need a safe area to unload The Rose since she will be delivered by trailer. Please ensure there is enough room for the truck that will be pulling the trailer, as well as a clear path to drive The Rose to the event location. Out of sight parking for The Rose's truck and trailer would be greatly appreciated. 

By keeping these considerations in mind, we can work together to create a fantastic event with The Wandering Rose!

We maintain general liability as well as liquor liability and all our bartenders are TABC and food handler certified.
